You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. aaph will never request your password through any communication channel. You agree to notify aaph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. aaph shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
You warrant that all information provided to aaph during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
aaph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. aaph reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to request verification of payment method ownership at any time.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the aaph account. Before processing any withdrawal, aaph may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. aaph aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, but processing times may be affected by payment provider timelines, verification requirements, or regulatory obligations.
aaph is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. aaph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Deposits must represent funds from legitimate sources. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

aaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
You may close your aaph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. aaph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormant account balances will never be reduced below zero.
All content on the aaph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive property of aaph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the Platform; or use any aaph trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of aaph's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aaph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
aaph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aaph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude aaph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
aaph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
aaph implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and aaph cannot guarantee absolute data security.
aaph may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR and the AMLC, in compliance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with the requirements of Philippine law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and aaph arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact aaph's customer support team to initiate this process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedures.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and aaph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
